Hi Rainbowmolly, and welcome, your pi-rad results do suggest prostate cancer is likely, but not certain, but nothing about it, If your MRI is the only test you have had, you will probably have a CT scan and biopsy as well to determine grade, stage, location and if there are any variants, and don't worry about urology, until all your tests/results are in they won't say much, and should you have prostate cancer remember 98% of men who have it, do not die of it, best wishes for the 14th.

I have tried to mentally to prepare myself
that 99% certain I do have pc it’s just what happens now I watched my dad go through the same worries now it’s my turn thanks for msg
back it reassuring to hear off other men how are
going through this process
My friend you are welcome, I am sorry to hear you lost your dad to cancer, I lost my mum to cancer too, I was in healthcare 15 years, mostly cancer care, and diagnosed 33 months ago, so have been living with it for a while, and have learned todays drugs and therapies are so much better than they were just 5 years ago, and improving all the time.
