I already have stage 3b Melanoma and i and 3/4 through treatment of Dab and Tram.
My post is not about Melanoma though.
About 3 weeks ago my GP said I was anemic and my hemoglobin was down to 120 so asked me to do a fit test.
I did the fit test and it came back positive which he said was a low score i.e 30ug (means nothing to me).
Now I am going to have a Colonoscopy on the 18th November with sedation which I am really looking forward too as I have never had on before and just hear so many bad things about the procedure.
When I spoke to my oncologist for my melanoma about it, I asked her did anything show up on my thorax / Pelvis CT scan with contrast in August and she replied no it was all clear.
So now I am just hoping that in if I do have bowel cancer it will be early stages.
Can i adk if 30ug a low reading ?
Took me months to terms with my Melanoma diagnosis now I have this to worry about.
I don't think any of us signed up for this, did we
