Hi caztheraz, and a warm welcome from me, as I think you meant your Gleason is 4+3, this usually means your cancer is still contained in the prostate, so whatever treatment you choose will be done to cure, a bone scan is routine when diagnosing and planning treatment for your prostate cancer PCa, and nearly everyone has one, it doesn't mean they suspect your cancer has spread, they are just being thorough.
