Welcome to the Cancer Chat community Lucknow although I'm sorry you're having a bit of difficulty using the forum.
As itsme1234 has said, you create discussions by clicking on the pink 'create a post' button, which you did to make this post. Most people introduce themselves or say why they have joined the forum in their post, usually mentioning the name of the cancer they are concerned about or dealing with. Once your post has been posted, it goes live on the forum and our members will be able to see your post. If anyone feels they can help they will reply to you, which itsme1234 and myself have done.
I can see you made a post in our nurses section of the forum a couple of days ago. You haven't had a reply to your post just yet as our nurses don't work over the weekend, but once they are back in the office next week, they will get back to you as soon as they can. If you'd like to speak with them in person, they're available on 0808 800 4040, Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5p.m.
You can also look for other discussions to join in on by using the 'search forum' option at the top of the page. You just need to type in some keywords e.g. a type of cancer, and then click on the magnifying glass icon. When you have done that you will be presented with a list of discussions that are already on the forum that include those words. If any of those discussions resonate with you, you can join in by clicking on the pink 'reply' button underneath a member's post.
