A very warm welcome to our forum. I have had 2 bouts of breast cancer. First time around I had a lumpectomy, but had a double mastectomy for the second bout. I wore M&S bras after both surgeries, but there weren't so many suitable bras on the market then (14 years ago). There are a few mail order companies that provide some pretty bras, but these tend to be expensive. 

I have seen some reasonably priced front opening bras in Primark. These are nice and soft for wearing at night, but give a reasonable support for day time too. A lot will depend on how heavy your bust is and what sort of support you need. They do ordinary sports bras and pocketed post-mastectomy bras with a front opening.

Keep doing your exercises - it really does pay off in the long run. Waiting for results is always an anxious time, but here's hoping that the news is good in 2 weeks. Please keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.

Thank you - I might get my daughter to pop to Primark for me x

I did buy some from Primark but found them too loose on the straps so didn’t give me any support. Also didn’t like the lumpy zip cover

I have slept in mine and ok for that. Best one for night time have found is a cheap pull on bra that cost me £4 xx
