I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been diagnosed with CMML. It's understandable that you may be feeling a whole range of emotions about this news particularly as at the moment you're on the watchful waiting pathway. 

It's good to hear that you have a haematology appointment planned soon. Do talk to them about your symptoms and any concerns that you have. Hopefully, they will be able to give you some reassurance and help to improve your health. Were you given contact details for a clinical nurse specialist after your diagnosis? If you were then don't be afraid to give them a call about these symptoms and if necessary they may be able to bring your appointment date forward.
