Hello Louise and a warm welcome to our forum, 

3 years on this life-changing journey, I can imagine you feel a bit exhausted by it all and I hope that your immunotherapy treatment is going well. It does help though when feeling a bit drained by everything to reach out to others here who may be going through the same at the very same time or who have been through this treatment before or who have been diagnosed with stage 4 malignant melanoma. There is one lady here who has had melanoma before and who knows a lot about melanoma - her name is AngieT and don't hesitate to read her posts on the forum which are always so supportive and informative. If you type 'stage 4 melanoma' in our forum search function which is located at the top of the page, you will be able to see past relevant threads from members who were affected by stage 4 melanoma and feel free to respond to any you feel might be relevant to you. 

I hope that you will be able to connect with others here who are going through the same. Keep strong you are doing so well putting up with 3 years of treatment and I hope that the immunotherapy will be effective and that things improve for you soon.
