I'm sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis. Undoubtedly it's been a difficult time and natural that you're feeling nervous about things. 

There is another chap called stokeman40 who has recently posted to share that he has been diagnosed with testicular cancer. Hopefully, the two of you may be able to connect and share your experiences with each other. You might also like to check our Testicular Cancer UK. 

We do have information about testicular cancer available on our website as well as a team of specialist nurses that you can call to talk things through if you feel that may help. They're available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 0808 800 4040 and I know they would be happy to offer any advice, information, and support they can.

Thanks Dave. Surgery went well and after an initial scare that it had spread to the lymph nodes subsequent scans showed it hasn't. Now in monitoring only and feeling very grateful and cautiously optimistic.

That's very similar to my story. My lymph nodes are still being monitored now.

Hello my names Andy,i have lumps in my testicles but the right one is completely covered the doctor referred me on a cancer referral but i've had to wait 6 weeks and it still isn't till Ocyober 8th...What i have notuced today is the lumps have got bigger and harder,i'm suffering from severe anxiety as the changes i didn't expect..This all came about when i was hafving problems peeing,and given Tamsulosin i hadn't checked my testicles for years and had a real shock when i found all the lumps,There is also constant aching paon pain is failrly constant also in that area and just above..Could any of you fellas tell me your symptoms and what your lump or lumps were like when you found them and how long before you saw a doctor,some of the lumps are more nodular they aren't very big but my whole testicle is covered in them and i can't find any testicle diagnosis like this anywhere..
