Hi TAXIBOY, i am so sorry to hear about your wife and that your prostate cancer is due to recurrence, I have had radiotherapy April 2023 so my only option is hormone therapy HT until it stops working. HT caused my fatigue, could barely walk 30 meters and the stairs were a challenge. My cancer nurse told me exercise was the best "cure" and she was right, took many weeks and a lot of effort but my fitness levels are ok, as for diet, my cancer has spread to many places bladder, bowel and  rectum so my diet is aimed at them trying to make trips to the loo regular, minimal discomfort and not too much blood, I eat health foods, fibre and fruit with lots of water and a little exercise, I also much smaller meals 3-4 a day if I can
