Just to  update that I received a positive cancer diagnosis on Wed but the doctor thinks its a low grade.  I will know more after surgery in 2 weeks time.

Sorry to hear this, what surgery are you having? Wishing you all the best and fingers crossed it is low grade 

I have to have a full hysterectomy and then they will let me know the outcome and grading etc about 3 weeks after that.  Its an emotional rollercoaster isnt it.  When do you hear your results - is it next week?  The waiting is so stressful isnt it.

I hope you are of a age where a hysterectomy isnt going to affect any other plans. Yes everything happened so quickly, feeling that surgery going to be the worse, but it actually was fine,  then the wait for what you realise will shape your life forever, mine is next week, will be nearly 4 weeks after surgery. I doubt you will be able to exercise much after surgery but keep busy in other ways, try to distract yourself as much as possible, and try not to google things, it just makes it more confusing, and not healthy.

Hello dear lady. We are all here should to need to shout scream cry. We know that the waiting of results and further surgery is a worrying time ( in fact can be mentally draining) my own results are due in a weeks time, although I feel like a fake as my cancer is so very very early. Thinking of you, and everyone here. Best wishes and prayers to you x
