Hello GeordieJohn and welcome to the forum from a fellow "treatable" with prostate cancer, Can totally understand you wanting to sort things out, I was diagnosed 1 year before you and have already done the same, I was in healthcare for 15 and did many years in cancer/palliative care, and the commonest, though not always, symptoms are lower back/nerve pain, bone pain, loss of appetite, tiredness, anxiety, disorientation and blood in urine/difficult to pee, Can i suggest as you have been given a terminal diagnosis you ask your GP to be referred to the palliative care team, they are not only for end of life care, they are also there to support you, help manage your symptoms offer advice and help you make the most of your time. which i hope you do. best wishes.
