Hello N123 and a warm welcome to the forum though sorry you have to be here and that your dad has cancer. I too have T4 PCa. Most surgery regarding the prostate and local area is done with the hope of cure, but a lot will depend on the lymph nodes they remove and what they reveal after being tested. and the next phase in your dads treatment, Sending my best wishes to you and your dad, I hope surgery goes well and if i can help in any way just ask, take care.
