Mum is 90 got bladder cancer gone off eating really now eating only bare minimum no bowel movements had an enama still nothing now she can swallow her tablets I'm getting upset as I no shes slipping way someone from a pallative care team was suppose to ring me today to arrange a visit but didn't even ring so I'm upset and annoyed as there people that are suppose to offer support mum has water i ection probably due to catheter or medication I just don't no where to turn to my husband works all day I'm by mums side all day and night it's so sad it's breaking my heart    xx

    I'm sorry to hear about your mum's situation. It's understandably distressing, especially when support seems to be lacking... if the palliative care team hasn't reached out, it might be a good idea to consider proactively contacting them again, emphasising the urgency.

    Thank you renata doctor rang I explained she can't swallow her antibiotics for her urine infection so she's giving liquid form told her no bowel movements at all and she's not eating my doctor said as long as your mum is comfortable  and no pain she said it could be the infection making her feel not good I've ordered fortisip online for her then mum said to me she probably hasn't got long I said why did you say that she said nothing working it upset me but thanks ever so much for getting back
