Well, I wish that I didn't have any need for this forum, but then again, I'm pretty sure everyone here feels the same.
My 68 year old Mum has recently be diagnosed with Stage 3 Tubular/Ovarian cancer and is set to begin her Chemotherapy next week. I'm currently living with her and will be her carer throughout the process.
The Oncologist is optimistic that after a few rounds of treatment, that she will be able to have the debulking surgery, and thankfully it has not reached her lymph nodes but has spread somewhat to her abdomen, causing ascites.
Bricking it to the extreme, and have next to no support network here. Entire family is spread across the country, Mum is a bit of a recluse and I have no friends here either.
So I figured that instead of screaming into the void, I'd do it here where someone will likely scream something useful back.
