Thank you so much for your kind words of welcome. Yes, I am still very much at sea largely because no one has been in touch with me since I was referred to my local Urology Department! 

You're very welcome Papageno.

Well two days ago,I was seen by the Oncologist s who were very helpful. I am being offered two types of Immunotherapy, one more radical than the other. I favour being more cautious and am considering taking the less risky option.I go back in two weeks!
