I'm sorry to hear that you've recently been through surgery for lung cancer. It's understandable that you're feeling shocked by things. 

How did your appointment with the surgeon go yesterday? I hope that they were able to give you some reassurance about your recovery to date and the next steps.

I have been back to to get pathology report and it is good news I had two different types of cancer, the one in the top lobe was the invasive type but they got it early, and it has all been taken away, they don’t think I need chemotherapy but will do another pet scan next week to make sure nothing was missed, I will need radiotherapy. I just need to stay positive and get strong
