Most areas have monthly groups, can you get local magazines or papers usually have information on different groups or try Google, just put in local cancer chat groups.

I am also in Newcastle-under-Lyme.  There is a local group called Pink Sisters and Misters, they meet monthly in Kidsgrove and Birches Head.  They are on Facebook, drop them a message and they will add you to their private group.
