Dogs can sniff out all sorts of things ... migraines, low blood sugar, stress and anxiety, to name just a few. It doesn't imply cancer. But do go and speak to a doctor about how this has made you feel and for help dealing with the health anxiety. 

My view is the same as everybody else's. There is some suggestion that dogs can sniff out cancer, especially if trained to do so. I have no idea how robust the studies on this are, but even if it is true, it definitely does not mean that a dog sniffing you indicates you have cancer. The most likely reasons her dog is sniffing you is either because you are a new person in the house or as somebody else said, you dropped some food or even just touched your stomach after eating and they can smell the food.
