Breast lump

Hello I found a lump in my left breast  last week. I am 58 years old .I Have an appointment on Monday at the breast clinic no idea what to expect .I'm worried sick and advice would be greatfull feel like I'm losing my mind .I have been working but feel this is to much for my mental state at the moment .

    Many people go to the breast clinic for assessment and they are fine breast lumps can appear for all sorts of reasons things like cysts, blocked milk ducts or infections. I hope you have a good outcome. 
    Try to keep busy over the weekend and if you would like to take someone to the appointment. They are allowing relatives/friends into the clinics again now following Covid restrictions. 
    Make a list of any questions we all forget when we get into the office, they are happy to help you.
