I had a call from my gp today to sat they were putting me on the 2 week pathway (only on coming here did I find out what that was) and this afternoon I had a text message with an appointment date.

I have had complex ovarian cysts they were removed recently the operation was a bit difficult due to adhesions from previous surgery. The oncology surgeon was great and spent 4 1/2+ hours removing the adhesions she said other surgeons would have bailed out and left them in situ. I had left sided pain and they were found during a colonoscopy. My referral was from colorectal to gynaecology oncology and was within two weeks.
