Breast Biopsy wait …

Hi,

absolutely beside myself with worry and can't stop crying  

Had my appt yesterday, the doctor who examined me first thought it felt fibrocystic but sent me for an ultrasound and mammogram to double check. Ended up having a biopsy as they have found a 2.8cm suspicious mass. my results appt is next week 

i am only 38 and a mum of two boys and every time i look at them i cry. the worry is making me feel really ill 

does anyone have any advice of how to get through this next week?

    Hey, 

    just wanted to say I'm in the same boat as you :-( I had my appointment last week and had a biopsy due to a very suspicious lump and I'm petrified too. I have 2 children who are 2 and 6 and I'm 43. 
    I find if I try to keep busy then I can forget it for a little while and that helps. Everyone says this bit is the worst of all

    hopefully we will both be ok xx
