MDT Meeting

Hi all i'm new here. I'm 29 years old and was diagnosed with Head & Neck Cancer whilst pregnant last June.

I have undergone two surgies and treatment and recently have had an MRI scan to see if the treament has been successful / cancer is in remission. 

I've called and chased my results and have been advised that I should be down for discussion at next week's MDT meeting.

I'm absolutly petrified and have convinced myself i'm down for discussion because I still have cancer.

Do all results get discussed positive or negative at these meetings?

    I am so sorry to hear of your worry. I just want to endorse what our moderator Jenn, has already told you. It is indeed normal for all results to be discussed at an MDT meeting, regardless of the outcome. 

    I know that this is a worrying time and I sincerely hope that you get good news after next week's meeting. Please keep in touch and let us know how you get on. We are always here for you.
