I feel your pain, my dad is going through the same cancer he is at home, he has lost so much weight. 
He said the pain is in his shoulder blade now but refuses to let me call the palliative care team for pain relief. He has been getting a lot of visits too and it really tires  him out so after Saturday I will be stopping all visits. 
my dad was diagnosed in June and no treatment 

my heart is broken I'd do anything to be able to take his pain away. 
today he looks so frail. 
He appetite has changed and he has lost huge amounts of weight.
