My mum as terminal cancer it started in pancreas. Lymph nodes. Had the whipple procedure but it had spread to liver recently been told we have a few months. But recently she deteriorating quite quickly. Spends most of day in bed, in loads of pain even though on alot of morphine. Barely eats or drinks, just lately she been extremely constipated even after medication to help with it. Even after going she still in pain. She also started having a smell around her. Her breath her wind an just a presence of it all round. Does this smell which is a fusty kind mean we to expect the worse sooner than the month been given? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am her sole carer at the minute. Just dreading waking up to find her one day is worrying i would rather be prepared xxx
