I Just want to find hope and hear hopeful stories on here of people who have known family members or friends - who managed to recover from "terminal" cancer.
I'm so sorry to hear your news about your mum, my husband didn't feel all that good so as we were going on holiday in 3 days went to see go which he never did. We didn't go away as it happened he got told urgent appt at hospital in 3 days time, so cancelled holiday following day, also had bloods done. Went to appt, told they were keeping him in after 10 days of tests i new it was gonna be bad, I could see the quick change in him. I was called in to be told he had Stage 4 liver cancer & nothing could be done as it had also spread to other areas, this day was the 21st June 2012 he deteriorated quick and died the 27th July. 2012. I'm sorry to tell you my story but I really hope you have a much better outcome all of you. God willing & God bless.
