I have Tongue cancer and decided not to have operation and was given 12 months to live. This was seven months ago. I have a wonderful palliative care nurse visit me to make sure I have pain killers. I'm 60 very active no friends or family just happy cutting the lawn and hedges. I am really puzzled why that I have no fear of worries about dying and just accept things(not complaining).   Is this a normal ?
