Hi Pati, I  have ACHD, namely an enlarged aorta and damaged aortic valve, which could rupture at any time, my aorta is much larger than it should be but I'm unable to have surgery for it; as that would kill me..I also have advanced prostate cancer and also due to my heart, I'm on my final treatment which is failing, I don't know and haven't asked how long I may have left, it might be a day or if I'm very lucky a year, though somewhere in between seems likely. I'm happy to talk, if that is what you want
