Feel scared today not knowing what’s to come.  Read Sir Chris Hoys book. The words he put in the book are all the things I’ve wanted to say   I have had cancer four times. Now it’s stage 4 breast cancer in my lungs , breast and skull   Reading his book has helped a lot but its still scary

    I just came across your post and wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you at this very difficult time.

    You've been through so much and finding ways to cope with the unknown journey that lies ahead must be very tough, but I'm glad reading Sir Chris Hoy's book has helped somewhat.

    We do have a lot of members who are in the exact same position, so you are not walking this path alone Sherrie, and I'm sure it won't be long until you receive some support and advice.

    Hi Sherrie160356.  I am sorry to hear of your diagnosis.  I have stage four breast cancer as well.  It is in my pelvis, spine, ribs and skull.  It is scary but I have decided I want to live everyday and enjoy everyday.  I definitely have my ups and downs.  I try and keep to my normal routine every day and keeping active really helps me both mentally and physically.  I just wanted you to know that you are not alone x
