Dying father doesn’t want me to visit.

Says that I have my own life to live and to take care of myself (I'm pregnant and moving house next week). 
 

im not an estranged family member, so why is he reading me like one.

he says he's not going anywhere, but he has Grade 4 glioblastoma and he's turning 69 in two weeks. He was diagnosed this past April.

i just want to go home and visit him for his birthday..... visit him while he is still him, you know.....

    Hello. I am in the exact same position, my dad has the same diagnosis and does not have long left... until now he has let me visit but has no said no more visits. He is 65. He is my whole world, he is confused and I dont even know if this is him or the disease wanting this. I can't not see him anymore, it will destroy me. What do I do?? 

    I understand he is trying to protect me but this is not what I want
