Life feels pointless

Its now 6 months since i lost the love of my life. Stupid things upset me like a tune on an advert or a reminder on tv that a series he loved is going to be on soon. Life has lost its enjoyment for me and everything seems so pointless. Have had enough of this constant sadness pain and hurting. Its too much to bear anymore

    Hello I'm very sorry for your loss I understand what you're going through I lost my wife to breast cancer the 22nd of December last year so today is a two month anniversary of not being with us I miss the silly things cuddling sleeping next to her everything like that she left me up a nine-year-old and a two-year-old she was only 39 when she died I'm here to talk if you want I think talking helps me
