Life feels pointless

Its now 6 months since i lost the love of my life. Stupid things upset me like a tune on an advert or a reminder on tv that a series he loved is going to be on soon. Life has lost its enjoyment for me and everything seems so pointless. Have had enough of this constant sadness pain and hurting. Its too much to bear anymore

I know there's probably not too much I can say to help, other than that we are always here for support if you need it at any point.
