Thank you wish I could understand and Believe like you are I so want to believe  your right that I will get back to her( I know what you mean about your actions in case she is watching  I'm the same)  just not good with heaven  if she can see us ( I want her to ) how can she be happy and at piece  also do they know there dead . If she has to wate 40 years for me how can that be heaven? 

We both believed that physically our bodies were just vessels for our true selves, our unique personalities and energy of life. 

So it is not death really only for the body.

We will be with each again either in the spiritual domain or in new physical vessels.

We weren't really into heaven and hell to be honest.

So that was our reality but it doesn't make the loss any easier.

But we will know each other again.

Last night I sensed somehow that Rossella was next to me and I took her hand in the spiritual domain . I just felt she was there.

I'm so sorry to hear you feel so alone. My father died this morning from Cancer only found out he had it 5th jan after a long battle to get dad to a doctor / hospital.

i feel your pain there must be a support Forum? Would also be interested in joining ....

I am really really sorry - I hope you had the chance to say the things to him that you needed to say before he passed.

To be honest I am using this thread as a kind of forum.

It is helping me to talk about things happening to me.

Yes the pain is deep and unbearable at times but I feel I get a relief here talking with those who know this pain too.
