Phew! Big wave of grief! Husband passed away in October

My husband died of Advanced prostate cancer in early October. I thought I was coping reasonably well but today I've just cried and cried and can't seem to stop! I thought I'd done with all the tears but, Oh boy, today has been dreadful - feeling bereft and distraught. Is this normal?

  • I know exactly how you feel I lost my husband of 40 years on the 12th December I'm completely lost we did everything together he was a very special man. I think what's worse we can't say our final goodbye till the 8th January. Coming back from my daughters to an empty house today Christmas Day is so painful they've tried their best but Christmas hasn't really meant much without him. Thinking if you and wishing you all the best.
