Hang in there

Hi everyone, I lost my beautiful mum las year after her battling fiercely with cancer.i won't say it's been the easiest of years and if I'm brutally honest it's been the most heartbreaking I've ever had. But I wanted to let you all know that the dark days do lessen and life slowly returns to a new normal. Where you can be happy and you can think of your mum without feeling lost and broken hearted. I will always miss my brave mum , but life will still be wonderful, because that's what she would have wanted . Good luck to you all and remember cancer may take your loved one but it cannot take their love for you, no one can x

  • I'm so sorry for your loss one-foot-infront-of-the-other but I'm really glad the dark days are starting to lessen for you.

As many of our members have found out the journey with grief is a tough one but I'm sure your mum would be very proud of how far you've come.

    Kind regards,
