Thankyou Paul when we lose someone I think a bucket list sometimes helps us cope things that our loved one wanted to see us do something they wanted us to achieve it helps as they will always be with us even in spirit in things that we will see or do every day

Yes so long as you enjoy doing it ime a dad and grandad and i want my kids to have a great life as ime certain your dad does and i say does because i dont think we ever die or the energy that is us dies  regards paul

Hi Robinred, I have been following posts on 'Cancerchat' the last week because of an urgent referral for suspected cancer.  It is early days since you lost your Dad, I am an only child and I lost my Dad to prostate cancer 14 years ago,  I adored him, to this day I miss him so much, but time passes and makes it easier.  He is always in my heart and in troubled times, as I am  now  experiecing I always ask myself  "What would Dad advise"   Good luck with the bucket list, you will do in time xxx

Thankyou I so hope your referal goes OK I had to be referred last year for suspected breast cancer thankfully it was clear  I guess both our dads would have said the same things be brave and strong it may turn out OK I truly hope so take strength from others  and know you will never be alone  good luck i will be thinking of you XXX

That's true every time we mention the name of someone we have lost watched their favourite movie or listened to their favourite song they are with us in both our hearts and our memories xx

Yes robin we never forget but my friend it does get eisier we remember them in happy way trust me on that ive lost em all including my partner we go on to take them with us your pain will not last how long varys from person to person just take it easy you will be ok .regards paul
