Still struggling

Feeling down as not a happy reminder of things this weekend. My partner asked me to marry her 4 years ago tomorrow which in s way should be a joyful moment but sadly on the 1st of March it’s 2 years to the day she was diagnosed with colon and secondary liver cancer. She only made it till the 19th and she was gone. 47 years old and taken in less then 3 weeks! I’m still so heartbroken and miss her every day. Still struggling to make any sense of it all.
