pass . I lost my mum 9 years ago to sudden heart attack but watching them suffer was dreadful and the knowledge that they were dying was so hard .  Cancer is a vile disease x

Hi standad ime so sorry what a horrible thing to happen within 4 hours . Yes i understand the twirling thoughts on a night they call it overthinking easy for these so called experts to call it but its its  than that sometimes its just the way we are if your like me i have a very analytical brain . Does it keep you awake hours or all night . You can get tests to see if your vunarable to that cancer but from what ive read if you are theres only a 25 percent chance you will get it also they will keep checking you so if you want to see if you can change your thinking patterns on and evening to the positive side i beleive cbt does that if you havnt perhaps have a word with your dads oncologist.i lost my partner liz a year last june . She had two cancers  and the oncologist s McMillan nurse mentioned to her daughter she could be prone well a started to worry her head off overthinking panicking but after tests the oncologist said it was lizs life choices she was a heavy smoker .now me my grandaughter dad leuchemia at nine shes 21 now fit as a fiddle .my two elder brothers one has liver the othere has bladder cancer they are both surviving now heres the point of my story we are close blood relatives now in the early seventys i work for a agricultural crop spraying company for six years with chemicals that were totalay proven to cause cancer as an engineer i used to get abosoluty coverd in the stuff now by rights i should be riddled with cancer and i smoked for 40 years ive ive crohns disease whitch makes me more prone to to bowle cancer ime 65 and ime fine so i should be worried sick but ime not because ive read so much about cancer ive ive realized it doesnt seem to work that way so try and go to bed without that thaught a good relaxation cd can be good or a nice cd of music anythingthing that makes you feel good it will help regards .paul
