Bless you you losing your mum so young must be awfull ime so sorry . If you havnt had grief counciling might i suggest you go see your gp or ring the local hospice i lost mum and dad years ago and they were older but it realy hurt but i lost my parner 5 months ago that was and still is agony at times but i went out and arranged some counciling and its realy helped because after a whil friends and family start to change the subject when i needed to talk but the councilers dont do that and it gives you a chance to talk about your grief and no one elses and we need it .also bereavement groups can be helpful as it makes you feel like your not alone .best wishs to you but please take comfort in knowing the pain you are suffering does change and gets less .paul

If u ever need to talk please send me a message. I wish I could take the pain away from you. Talking about how i am feeling helps me but everyone is different. I miss my mum so much.
