hi everyone
The loss of my mum is crippling me, she been gone 7 months, the emptyness is very lonely, am very-closed with my emotions and struggling with everyone thinking am ok, but can’t bring myself to say am not, I have always been a coper, the strong one.
i miss the thing we did together, especially now the spring is here walking and coffees and lunch out we always did.
I am thinking of have counciling has anyone tried this and feel it helped ?
