Hi there I'm Paul I'm 50 and have recently lost my wife Samantha 53 to cancer,I'm finding everything such a struggle at the moment I know it's going to be like this for a while,I just miss her like crazy c
I just wanted to post to welcome you to the forum but more so to pass on my condolences for the recent loss of your wife, Samantha.
It's understandable that things are a struggle for you at the moment but please know there is lots of help available and I hope that you are being well supported by family and friends.
Hopefully, some of the community members who understand the pain of the loss of a loved one will post to share their support and experiences with you in the coming days.

Thank you Jenn yes I've got a lot of friends and people around me I just feel so lost at the moment I'm crying now writing this, I know things will get better but things are so raw at the moment
