I'm so very sorry to hear about the loss of your beloved wife. Grief is a natural process but losing someone we love can be devastating.

I know that many of our members here have found it helpful to seek bereavement support, or counselling, following the loss of a loved one. Having a safe space in which you can explore what has happened and your thoughts and feelings can help with grief. If this is something you'd think may be of help for you then you may want to have a look at the website for an organisation called Cruse. They are a national charity that offers bereavement support.

You might also want to think about having a chat with your GP. They will be able to help with support and let you know what bereavement services are available in your local area.

Undoubtedly you are going through a very difficult time at the moment Glene. Please know that the Cancer Chat community is here to listen and support you.

    My thoughts are with you.
