I am so sorry for your loss.

I expect this has been made worse by you sharing a home. It is bound to be difficult. Try to remember the good times and the laughs you had, happy memories which I'm sure you have many! Give yourself time to grieve, it is such early days for you I'm not surprised you feel you can't cope, this will get better over time, never goes away but you do learn to live with it better. You are still in shock mode right now. Talking helps a lot so if you need to feel free to express anything here. There are many kind people on this site willing to chat and happy to give comfort and support. Wishing you happier times soon! Be brave you can get through this. Sending massive love to you xxxx
