Posted yesterday for first time and today my lovely mum died.diagnosed in October.sat here by myself with no clue what to do and just need to say cancer is awful and I'm so angry it has robbed us.
I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. The pain is unimaginable, but there are many here who will know what you're going through - myself included.
I also lost my mum in February, just weeks after diagnosis and to say we were shell-shocked is an understatement. My shock is only just starting to subside now.
Grief is a very strange thing, and you'll probably be surprised how it affects you, so don't put any pressure on yourself and give yourself time to process things at your own pace. Please look after yourself and lean on those around you, especially once the madness of the next few weeks is over.
