Parents
  • I am so sorry to hear this you have my deepest sympathy losing a parent is the hardest thing with immence pain after all we've known them a lifetime ,the good thing is your lovely dad is at peace now ,you need to find your peace and it will come with time ,you have your mum and your sister despite what happened you can still make your peace ,one day at a time, actually one moment at a time if that's all you can manage ,if you feel like coming on here at any time for support we will always be here it really helps to talk ,look after yourself and your mum and things will get easier with each passing day ,Best Wishes to you both take care x
