After a day of thinking aloud, I telephoned the bereavement service today and left message asking if I should postpone the counselling?

Next few weeks suddenly have a lot of extra challenges. I'm going to post a new question asking people if Bereavement Counselling has made things worse before it made things better to consider risks.

The date is getting nearer and I find myself feeling ill at thought of attending.

No one returned my call to the bereavement service. 

If I start crying or getting emotional it could put me in a vulnerable position regarding other life challenges. 

I finally got a call back

Am going ahead because counsellor says it should help deal with my sadness

Feeling so nervous about opening the floodgates, especially now

Keep shaking and crying

So many emotions going through me
