Hi muz,and hi to all, my name is John I have just joined I was having nose bleeds every day my doctor has given me a spray called Avamys nasal spray and it works .at least something does had ET for 2 years now ,still feeling horrible inside my arms hands feet and legs ache all the time. That's enough about me I could go on all day look forward to chatting to you all thanks john

Thank you very much for your reply and for sharing your experience with us. 

I have just found out that my mother's platelets has been high, so let's see what the doctor say. I will ask about the spay you mentioned as well. Thank you and I hope a little excercise and occasional pain killer will help you too.
