Hi everyone,
my nan was recently diagnosed with lung cancer that’s spread to the brain 4 tumours found there. The drs have said these tumours are inoperable so we are now waiting an appt from the chest specialist for a further test on lungs and to discuss treatment options.
I have no idea what stage we are at the moment but correct me if I’m wrong but my assumption was once it spreads to another organ it is never going to be cured.
before the diagnosis my Nan suffered a seizure which is what lead to the tests been done along with weakness to the left side of the body, up until this point the weakness has been present but she’s had two seizures alone today, we’ve not been told what to do when this happens if we should call anyone. She is on steroids for the swelling and epileptic drugs to stop the seizures.
someone please help I feel so helpless and have no idea what I need or should be found.
