Hi Mattocks,  I was treated for penile cancer last year. Unlike your husband's case it was not very invasive and so far I have been lucky as the lymph nodes have remained clear. I am really sorry to hear about your husband's diagnosis and treatment and yes, you must be very disappointed that it has spread to lymph nodes in the pelvis. Staying positive must indeed be a real struggle for you at the moment.
