Losing my mum

My 80 year old mum has recently been diagnosed with muscle invasive bladder cancer. She is too weak to have any treatment and according to mums consultant the prognosis is not good and therefore I am basically waiting for mum to pass away. Mum has been home for nearly a week. Is eating and drinking but only tiny amounts. She is in constant discomfort from her catheter and the nursing team are aware of this. I have moved in with mum to care for her but I am having to juggle do many things. I have custody of my seven year old granddaughter and I am finding that I cannot do as much or am too tired to to bother. I feel awful about this and I am also quite shocked that the only nursing input from the district team is one visit once a week! Where can I find additional support as feeling so low.
