I'm sorry to hear your mum was diagnosed with vulval cancer a couple of months ago and that she's been experiencing a lot of pain recently whilst waiting for her surgery.

I really hope you and your mum were able to find something to help her manage the pain when you made this post a couple of days ago, but if she's still having issues then don't hesitate to get in touch with her medical team, GP or even the NHS on 111 for further support and advice.

Their phone lines are open Monday - Friday between 9a.m - 5pm and they will do all they can to answer your questions and help you find ways you can support your mum as you move forward on this journey.
